We went on a fabulous trip to Disney World the end of January into February, but it is late and that post will have to wait... If it is hard for me to believe Casen is one....but to see Aubrey all grown up is worse! She doesn't have any "baby" look to her anymore. She is such a beautiful little lady. She is my big 4 year old! This year we had to have a birthday with all the princesses.

She had fun playing at Chuck-E-Cheese, probably her favorite place to go!

Here are a couple of her 4 year old pictures...

On St. Patrick's Day we had a visit from a leprechaun. Aubrey found some gold he dropped, and loved it!

I made her do her hair in a clover...it was cute, but we will probably never attempt that again!

Last 6 months cont.

We love Christmas time in our family, and had a great one this year. It was fun to have Casen be old enough to enjoy his first Christmas. Aubrey was so cute about everything and how excited she was! We wrote many letters to Santa, and had to visit him a few times as her list would grow and change :)

Here are my beautiful children in their Christmas outfits...

I couldn't believe that a year had came and went so quickly! My sweet boy is already one! We played at Kangaroo Zoo and he loved it!

Here are a couple of his one year pictures, he is so handsome...just look at those eyes!

We had a great time bowling for my birthday...I am getting old. It will be weird being 30 next year!

Valentine's Day. Aub loved making Valentines for all her friends, and even wrote her name on them by herself.

The last...oh let's see...6 months!

I always see how long it has been since I last updated my blog...post an update...promise to be better...and then it happens again. I am not the best blogger in the world, as you can see. Well the last 6 months...here we go

In September Aubrey started preschool and LOVES it. She is picking up on her letters and number so well. We are proud of her! Plus now she loves doing her homework, I'm sure that will change really fast :)

Aubrey also got her first black eye while playing at a friends house. She was so tough, amazingly...but of course it was the week before pictures!

I LOVED our family pictures! We were able to get Aubrey's eye edited. Here are a few of them...

Halloween was fun dressing up as the Wizard of Oz. Aubrey loved trick-or-treating, but Casen didn't go. It was so cold and rainy. The cool part was that we had a rainbow appear and got to sing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" :)

Aren't they just the cutest!

The end of October and into November was a really rough time for my family. We lost our sweet grandma. I miss her everyday, and still have a hard time believing she is gone.

We were so happy to be able to spend Thanksgiving with my grandpa and his house. There was nowhere I would have rather been.

Saunder's Family Reunion

This year we were in charge of the reunion as we honored grandpa. It was over Labor Day weekend. The theme was survivor. It was a good time, but a lot of work! The kids loved it though...here they are playing in the RV
The nights and early mornings were SO COLD!!! We ended up all sleeping together sometime during every night. I know we are a little scary...but the kids are cute.
Still trying to warm up!!!
Monday we had games, that we planned. I know Aubrey had fun playing her games, so I think we did a good job.
The classic dig candy out of the sawdust...I played this when I was a kid, oh memories.

Our summer fun!

First of all...check out this picture. Twiners! Everyone always says how much Casen looks like his daddy...so I had to take this picture the day they dressed the same. So funny!

Our summer was lots of fun...so here it is in a nut shell. Our 4th of July, and 24th of July were nice. We had fun with friends and family. Aubrey can't get enough fireworks...especially the poppers (the ones you throw on the ground). We also went to the Ogden parade, which is where we are here...

Aubrey got to ride in the South Weber parade with her dance group. She liked it, and we all liked it too!! (lots of candy) She is hard to find, but she is the one sitting on the end of the bench on the right side of the picture.

We went to the Davis County Fair and Aubrey's aunt paid for her to go in and pet the baby tiger. It was so cute! Aubrey was scared at first, but she warmed up after a minute. She also rode a pony...she loves that!

Our Little Dancing Queen

Aubrey just started dancing this spring, and has LOVED it! She looked so cute for her recital...though mom will never get use to seeing her 3 year old with make-up on. Of course she loved every second of it and wanted to wear make-up the next day too.

She did a great job and brought tears to my eyes. Well of course she is three so there was the picking her nose part, and the time when she was the only one standing on the stage because the rest of her class was on their bellies. I got it all recorded so we can look at it in years to come and laugh.
She is the one on the back row, third from the right.

She had so many people come and support her. She got flowers from her Grandma and Grandpa Byers and the Smiths. Brylee danced through the whole thing and wants to dance like Aubrey too.
